About Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Business Talk
For years I have branded myself as the Daytona Real Estate Trainer but as time went on things changed for me and have since changed professions. You may find traces on the the internet. Real Estate is in my blood and will always be a part of me. Today, I ghost write, copy write, connect social media and sometimes build blogs and websites. I'm not a virtual assistant but consult people and companies and build their web base. The down-side I do this incognito but its a great feeling to see a website gain pagrank, client recieves more business and makes more connections online than ever. The majority of my time is spent writing articles to promote businesses and people throughout the country. I have been blessed throughout my life with my health, happiness and love and always have had the need to be involved in helping others. My views about life have changed so much I would rather promote ALL charities but give to those in need in my own backyard. As a young child life wouldn't have been the same for me without the Salvation Army who made sure we had good food, clothes on our backs and the best Christmas candy ever! I never forgot that...
I am a big believer in giving back and sometimes $$$$ are not enough but awareness and getting involved more than likely can change people's lives. Charitable organizations not only need money but need people to understand the importance of the cause and what a difference each and every charity can make and how they impact other's lives.

Activerain Makeover2Takeover Contest
Jeannette Neerpat and myself partnered and participated in this contest and both of us gained so much. If you are not familiar with the contest each week we were given tasks that had to be completed within a week all of it pertained to creating systems and tools for a successful real estate career. It wasn't easy but it sure was fun and Jeannette and I placed 3rd over all.
We won the prelisting presentation and at one point we offered to all the real estate agents and REALTORS on the web..it kinda caused a stir in my email box and make an adjustment for easy access, so I've made it easy to grab. A Little Tech Talk
Ok, I can't resist afterall I was a geek before it became cool! I'm not gonna sit here and state I am a guru or an expert. In truth nobody is..NO ONE..regardless of their claim to fame..usually its self imposed and truthfully every few months what's in is out in social media, social networks and web design. Things constantly change and will continue to do so.
I think now the big talk is WEB 3.0? But lets get serious for a minute, in business the best thing we can do is conduct our businesses, not everyone is an internet marketer or truly understands the value of social media and many while conducting their own businesses do not have the time to do or learn. Here I will share a little insight on what has worked myself and my clients and will create some tutorials. And if I get a little business at the end...well that's good for me!
