Kristina McBurney is a consultant Realtor who specializes in Sacramento's distinctive properties.  Having lived in Midtown for over 15 years, she is familiar with the Central City and  the surrounding neighborhoods, including commercial and mixed used developments. 

With a focus on Environmental Studies and a minor in California Studies, Kristina came to Sacramento in 1994 while attending California State University Sacramento.  Her activities in the Capitol City include; California Energy Commission, Alternative Fuels Department; County of Sacramento Public Works;  and City of Sacramento.  Most recently Kristina was vice chair of the Development Oversight Commission. 

Prior to entering Real Estate Kristina successfully coordinated the Best of Sacramento Party and WalkAmerica for the March of Dimes.  She is past Chair of the Winn Park Capitol Avenue Neighborhood Association, Stakeholder in the South Midtown Area Revitalization & Transportation Plan, and recent Development Oversight Commissioner for the City of Sacramento.
