About Us:
Together with my husband David, we are proud owners of our own home on Maui, as well as of
a vacant lot, that we have big plans for! I I have started to be interested in real estate in 2004, when we have done 4 transactions for ourselves. Thus,
I know what it means to go through buying and selling a house; my expertise in real estate does
not come only from schooling, but also from real life experience!
With a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in European affairs, I am trained to
understand your financial concerns related to purchasing or selling a home and I am able to negotiate the best contractual terms.
Studying and participating at a number of seminars on marketing techniques enables me to
design a marketing plan that will ensure maximum exposure for your property and thus reaching
your financial goals.
I fluently speak French, Spanish and Romanian and I am very keen on learning Hawaiian. I am Romanian by descent, even if most people take me for a Hawaiian, since my first name sounds so Hawaiian.
I am a member of the Education Committee at Maui Association of Realtors and I am currently organizing free training classes for realtors in West Maui. My goal is to bring more Continuing Education classes in Lahaina. I stronly believe that educating our realtor community will lead to better business practices. And more business!
Last, but not least I strongly believe that we all have to be active members of our community and
we should help each other. I enjoy very much being a volunteer for the right cause!
