An RQA home inspection provides you with an objective, third party opinion as to the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Your Home Inspector will usually spend between three to four hours evaluating a home. We strongly suggest that the homeowner attends the inspection with with us so that you can see firsthand the present condition of your home, and gain valuable maintenance information. Our reports are fully narrative allowing us to clearly and simply explain our findings. We do not produce check list reports or use ambiguous terms like 'appears servicable', 'satisfactory', or 'needs improvement'. In almost every case we can deliver our reports via e-mail by the end of the next business day following the inspection. |
