When encountering a room that was dated or just plain ugly, he offered suggestions on how to bring out the natural beauty of the room and how much the changes would cost.

Once we decided on a home, he became an aggressive negotiator. He presented our offer with great skill and instilled a sense of urgency into the seller. His techniques were very effective in our favor. Mike didn't disappear after the contract had been negotiated. He kept in contact with us during the time between contract and closing, and followed through to ensure we were settled in our new home. He informed us when we needed to take action, and when we could just be patient.

When problems arose, Mike stayed positive and generated ideas to help us through the situation. He actually drove an hour out of his way to retrieve a document that was tardy, just to help us out. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing Real Estate services. Professionalism with a personal touch is how I would describe Mike Jaquish.

We were put in touch with Mike when my wife got an aggressive job transfer from Atlanta and a friend of a relative referred him.  Even though we were only looking for a six month lease, Mike treated us as if we were property buyers.  Within two days, and only five tours, we located a property to match our needs until we could get settled into Raleigh.  He was great!  We plan to use his services again when we are shopping for a real home this fall.
