 About Mahesh Mike Patel

With more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Mike Patel operates a successful real estate business in Anaheim Hills, working with buyers and sellers of standard residential sales, Short sales, distressed properties and income properties.  From the onset of his career in 1995, Mike set high expectations for his performance and level of service. He was voted Rookie of the Year by his peers his first year in the industry, and has since garnered several awards including Prudential Real Estate's Chairman's Circle, bestowed only to the top 3% of Prudential agents nationwide. 

Mike's success is due in great part to his service-oriented philosophy and innovative marketing techniques and strategies. With a retail sales background, Mike understands that real estate is truly a people business. The customer comes first, and his top priority is to understand and listen to his clients' needs. He feels passionate about helping people fulfill their real estate dreams.
