Our corporate headquarters is located in San Clemente California and we also have various locations throughout Southern California spanning numerous counties.
Our Operations Manager is responsible for assigning preservation work and ensuring that all HUD regulatory guidelines are followed. She also schedules the initial tenant/owner cash for keys process and when necessary, refers evictions to our attorney network.
Our REO Sales Director works closely with upper management to oversee and ensure the preparation of properties to sell. His duties are to initiate the marketing and assigning of agents so the property can be listed with no unnecessary delays. He also assigns all Broker Price Opinions and ensures they are done the same day and that the information is accurate before sending to the asset managers or service vendors.
A major strong point that we have developed is a working relationship with Contractors, California licensed general contractor with at least 10 years of experience. We have always been involved with REO and Rehab properties. We are aware of HUD specifications and reimbursement fee schedules, security board ups re-keying, debris removal, lawn care, general maintenance, clean outs, car removals, general repairs, asset verifications and merchant site verifications.
To ensure a quick and proper close, Sterling Coast to Coast Inc. (Our Partner Real Estate Company) offers an in house Escrow division headed by Mia Smith, a licensed senior officer with 23 years of experience. She is familiar with REO contracts and has closed hundreds of purchase escrows of all types. We are looking to develop a long-term relationship, which can use our resources to maximize your return on your REO asset.
