About Us:

I have been around the construction business since I was seven years old when I came home from school every day to Hickman Supply Company, our family owned plumbing & electrical supply business.  I attended Georgia Tech and received a degree in Civil Engineering.  My first years out of college were spent providing civil and geotechnical consulting services to both residential and commercial developers in the Southeast.  The latter part of my engineering career was spent providing environmental consulting services to the oil & gas business which included assessing and cleaning up hundreds of underground storage tank spills.  After helping start a luxury golf community called Echelon, I joined Keller Williams to broaden my business interests.  Now I serve the areas of N. Fulton, Forsyth, Dawson, E. Cherokee and Lumpkin Counties in Northern Georgia.

Areas of Expertise

I work with both buyers, sellers and investors, as I believe working with each group helps me serve all of them more professionally.  Knowing what buyers are thinking help me market my listings.  Knowing what sellers are thinking helps me advise my buyers.  My civil engineering and construction industry experience certainly help with any property type, whether it is a single family home or a large tract to be developed.
