I have been an active agent in Bryan-College Station ,  Texas for 3 decades. As an owner at the firm I am keenly aware of what issues are important not only to buyers and sellers, but also to Realtors. I am a past President of our local association of Realtors, a past MLS President, and a past Realtor of the Year. I am a lifetime resident of this area. My wife, Khris,  and I raised our 2 children, Autumn and Jake  here and it was great!   My brother Tim and I own and operate a home building business that has served the area for over 40 years.   When my grandfather came to Texas A and M Universiy to teach in the 1930's, he began building homes , and my father continued that tradition,  which  we carry on today.  Additionally we have been involved in land development for many years in both urban and rural settings.
