I am a Home Staging Expert, Certified HAFA Specialist and Loss Mitigation Certified. I am also licensed in MA and CT!
Well here it goes! I've been in real estate now for 7 years. Was a school librarian prior to taking the real estate class in April, 2005. got my real estate license in July, 2005 and have been a full time agent ever since. I also became a Home Staging Expert through Center Stage Home. A company based out of Minnesota, that helps sellers and any homeowner staged their home to sell or to enjoy. Then acquired my certification in Loss Mitigation during the time of short sales and foreclosures to become more knowledgable in handling these types of transactions. I enjoy the people I meet and help either find them a new home or sell their existing one.
I am NOW a CERTIFIED HAFA SPECIALIST and can help homeowners with their current mortgage situation.
