- Description
- I have been in the real estate business for more than 12 years. I am highly productive, responsive & pro-active. I treat all clients with the utmost respect & dignity, thereby earning their business
About Us:
I have been a full time realtor since 1995. For the past several years I have been the top producing agent in the Coldwell Banker Hearthside network, which represents 14 offices and over 400 agents. I am fantically responsive, both by phone and e-mail, generally responding to contacts within minutes. In working with me, buyers and sellers get the benefit of my years of experience and committment to honesty and integrity. I have worked with people selling properties for many different reasons, not the least of which is my love of interacting with people. I have helped to market properties in many locations and at a variety of price ranges.
I have lived in Bucks County for over 25 years so I am extremely knowledgeable about the area and have many contacts that buyers and sellers find very helpful. I enjoy playing basketball in my spare time and have previously been a competivite tennis player, having played in college. If I really have free time, I have been known to play golf. I love music of all sorts and enjoy the variety of volunteer organizations of which I am a part, including Home Front and the Trenton Public Education Foundation. I believe that it is essential that we try to give back to the community so that all may some day share in the American dream.
Areas of Expertise:
I work with high-end sellers and buyers on a regular basis. I have been the leading Coldwell Banker Previews sales associate for the past several years. The Previews program, within Coldwell Banker, is the luxury home division within the company. I also enjoy working with first-time home buyers. Through my experience, I've realized that first-time home buyers, in general, require more education and help in terms of explaining the various elements of the real estate transaction.
Testimonials:
Marty,
Thank you for checking in and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I have been really busy at work the past week and I have't had a chance to check my comcast e-mail account until today. Bryan and I are doing well and we LOVE our new house. We are officially moving in the last weekend in February and we are very excited. I hope you enjoyed your trip to the Superbowl last week...it must have been so exciting to be there!
THANK YOU so much for all of the time you spent with us to help us find the right house. You really made the entire process of buying our house seem like a piece of cake, and we will highly recommend you to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their house in this area."

Dear Marty,
As Ingrid and I start the New Year, I want to take a moment to thank you and your team for the outstanding service you rendered to us during our recent move to Florida.
The assistance that your team provided was the best that we have experienced in our 19 moves in the military. From the beginning, we were impressed with your extremely personal, honest and professional apporoach to placing our home on the market. Your very responsive and competent team produced a fabulous brochure and executed a comprehensive marketing plan which, I am certain, was largely responsible for our home selling so quickly, while others languished in the market.
In spite of the four hurricanes which greeted our arrival her in Florida, we have had a very successful and pleasant move. Your very personable, honest and responsive assistance made a huge difference to us at a very important time in our lives and we can't thank you enough.
Best wishes to you and your team for a happy and prosperous New Year. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,"
Prof. Ralph Locuricio, Ret. Brig. Gen. U.S. Army
