Hi I'm Loretta with First American Home Buyer's Protection.

We stand behind our warranty, have been in business since the 1800's, in the home warranty business since 1984.

We are a fortune 500 company, covered over $119 million in claims last year.

So we will be here to take care of you clients after the sell of the home.

If your homeowner has an issue with items that are covered under First American Home warranty and they do not have to spend hundreds of dollars because you had them purchase or the seller purchased a First American Home warranty they will remember you for years to come.

We also have a "Keep in Touch" program, we will send a post card to the new buyer's three times a year after closing (30, 180 and 330 days).  This post card will have you name and number on it. 

We have many other complimentary marketing material for you to help in your business.

I will do teaching in the office on how to use our web site, newsletter and the marketing material.

Our warranty is at a cost of either $355.00 or $375.00 based on the service fee of $55.00 OR $75.00.

We have many optional coverages the buyer can take out or the seller to offer such as: First class upgrade, clothes washer/dryer, garage door opener, pool and/or spa equipment (does not have to share same equipment, in ground or above ground), septic tank pumping, well pump coverage and limited roof leak coverage.

we covers more then two air condition units and over five tons (not commercial).

Warranty for buyer take affect day of closing, if home does not close or sellers pulls from market no money is paid out for buyer's coverage.  If they take the sellers coverage it takes effect day warranty was ordered till close of home or pulls from listing.  There will be a $60.00 fee the homeowner if the home does not sell or is pulled from your listings. this is a State of Florida law.
