Hello. My name is Mindy Harden, I am a REALTOR with RE/MAX Commonwealth in wonderful Richmond, VA. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999 and I love my job! I enjoy the business side of real estate (my background is accounting, so I even like the paperwork!), but my passion is people.
I am not a native to Richmond. My family moved here in 1997, having lived in 5 states in 7 years! I personally know what it is like to move across town and across the country. I know what it is like to move to an unfamiliar area knowing very little about schools, doctors, grocery stores, how difficult it can be to find your way from point A to point B! And I definitely know what a difference a great real estate professional can make to what can be a difficult transition. Having had both good and poor experiences, my absolute goal is to make every single real estate transaction as smooth as possible for every single one of my clients, whether they are buying or selling their first ever or their 17th home! I know what it is like to sit on both sides of the car or the desk! I work very hard to make this confusing, but exciting, time for my clients as stress-free as possible.
Education: BS in both Business and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude.
I passed the CPA Exam in NC in 1983.
Real Estate Designation earned: ABR, GRI, e-PRO.

I really enjoy listing homes for sale. I pride myself on my strong marketing of my clients' homes. "Good enough" is NEVER good enough! I hire wonderful professional photographers to take pictures that show your home to its best advantage, write descriptions to tell the real story of a home, construct beautiful information booklets/flyers and virtual tours. I always prepare comprehensive, easy to understand comparative market analyses to correctly price the home and then keep my clients fully informed throughout the process. Again, it is always personal for my clients - and for me!
