We are located in the bedroom community of Woodbridge Virginia. 24 Miles south of Washington DC. Convenient to military locations like Ft. Belvoir, the Pentagon, Bolling AFB the Navy Yard & Quantico.

About Us:

I was first licensed as a Virginia Realtor in 1969 with a small multi office firm in Springfield. While serving in the USAF if found Real Estate to be my next passion. Helping families make a substantial transition, one so infrequently experienced in a lifetime, gives my life a degree of meaning and pride.

As a Realtor I place a high priority on professional development. The National Association of Realtors certify Realtors with designations when they accomplish advanced proficiency levels. I hold the following advanced designations. Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR), Member of the Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRB), Internet Professional (e-PRO), Certified Auction Specialist (CAC). These programs take many months to complete due to the educational requirements. We invest in our profession because it makes us better.

At the State level I participate in many Virginia Association of Realtors programs and events. The State association has certified me as a Certified Ethics instructor and a Mediator. I have recently been selected to serve on the State Association Risk Management Advocacy Group.

At the Local level I get a great deal of satisfaction in participating with the Prince William association of Realtors. After serving on numerous committees I was nominated and selected as their 2007 President. With over 3000 active members, the fourth largest Realtor Association in Virginia. I am now in the position to affect the professionalism of Realtors throught the region.
