- Services include forensic testing for mold, radon, lead, asbestos, air pathogens, VOC's, MVOC's, carbon soot, using the latest moisture detection equipment such as infrared thermography.
- We also provide EDR Neighborhood Environmental Reports, the most accurate and comprehensive environmental report available to the residential real estate industry; a summary of any possible environmental hazards for a specific property.

- The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry is non-standardized, so it is crucial to use and independent, 3rd Party Testing company that follows proper protocols and recommendations.
