Welcome to my blog, the home of the former Merchant Marine Officer now living a life on land. My real estate addiction has drawn me away from the sea-going life forever so that I can pursue my real estate passion fulltime. I love talking and living real estate. I've been an investor since 1995, and have finally left the seas to pursue my passion fulltime as a sales associate on the path to my broker's license.
