I am a Military wife and relocation is definitely my specialty!  We have been transferred multiple times so I have this down to a science!   I have the education and the tools to make your home search much less complicated.  In this market you MUST have a FULL TIME professional in your corner.  YOU must have someone with street smarts, in your world also.  Someone that has multiple connections and is very well respected by their peers.  A listing agent that has multiple offers presented to her and her clients, will not only pick the best $ value contract but she will also help select a contract with an agent that will get the job done! 

When I am working for you so is our TEAM.  My business partner and I have a team that will become YOUR team!  Everyone from the lender, home inspector, well and septic inspector, settlement agency, contractors, and designers.   You will LOVE us when we get to the settlement table. Whether you are a short sale client selling your home or the buyer that needs a roof over you head in 30 days we WILL make it happen! I love working with the first time buyer! The first time buyer needs to be educated and assisted through the whole home buying scenario. This is a crazy market and a lot can go wrong. Everything from time wasted-- to money flushed! DO NOT LET EITHER HAPPEN TO YOU!

 

I am also very passionate about making sure the Military Family is totally covered in their transfer! They always get the short end of the stick and really need to have a system that makes moving simplified for them. It is such a financial burden to relocate. As a buyer rep our team is amenable to competing with any relocation rebates the credit unions offer the soldier and his family.

 

I have been a Realtor since the bottom fell out so I have NEVER had the luxury of just sitting back and writing contracts. Our family has been in the area since 1989. I raised two young men from 4th grade to VCU graduates. I know the area, the communities, the schools, the retail area, restaurants, medical community, military community, ect.
