We're a group of professional Notary Signing Agents who have come together to work with companies like yours in order to:

Many of our members have worked in the title, mortgage or real estate industries and understand the importance of having a competent Notary Signing Agent at the closing table. The Florida NSA Network is a group of professionals dedicated to giving the best service in the state of Florida.
We are not a signing service. Each member is independent and sets their own fees which may vary by agent and area. Most importantly, we GUARANTEE our work to be error-free.

As your representative, we: Schedule immediately, arrive on time, and return your documents without delay. Present a professional image in appearance and demeanor. Present documents in an orderly fashion, explaining the function of each document and directing the client's question to the appropriate document. We will not advise nor comment on rates/fees. Sub-prime lenders are no problem.
