I have been traveling to Costa Rica since 1999. I recently purchased sixty acres of Ocean/Gulf view property on the Pacific side of the country. I have formed a development company in Costa Rica called Pacific Land Sales of Costa Rica S.A which is presently developing my property, PACIFIC LAND SALES. Right now there are tremendous short and long term opportunities for investing in Costa Rica. Democratic government for the last fifty years,very low real estate tax base 0.25%, no military,foreigners have the same right to own title land as Costa Ricans.
