About Me:

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and have been associated with RE/MAX since 1996. I emigrated to the US from France as a small child and grew up in NJ. I attended the University of Denver and decided to remain in "Colorful Colorado" after graduation. I'm married and have 2 children, Mariel a graduate of the University of Kansas and a son, Steve, currently a student at Colorado State University. My husband, David, is an attorney in private practice and have been married 29 years.

I am currently affiliated with RE/MAX Professionals and my business focus is primarily Denver and the south suburbs. I merged my former interior design business with real estate and have enjoyed helping clients not only find the perfect home, but also helping them recognize that perfect home when they see it. I'm the "big picture" kind of agent - I help my clients find that home that they will start or raise their family in - not just a roof over their head. As a result, my real estate practice is over 95% referral based, with a large portion being repeat clients. Some of my clients have bought and sold up to 5 homes with my help. I consider that a great honor and a relationship that I take very seriously and very personally.

I have been told that as a Realtor, I am direct but not pushy. I consider that a compliment!! I believe that my clients hire me to help them find the right neighborhood, school and home that fit the requirements they have outlined for me. By the time they decide to purchase or sell, they have learned everything they need to know about buying or selling a home.  I can only accomplish this by listening, interpreting and sharing information. I tell my clients what I think and then let them come to a decision that works best for them.

When you hire me, you get me; not an assistant or another agent. I stand by my name, my most precious business asset.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in marketing and selling single family, townhome and condominium properties in the Central and South Metro Area of Denver and enjoy helping my clients in all price ranges. I've sold $150,000 properties and $4M+ properties - with no difference in attention. I get a kick working with first time buyers and seasoned real estate clients alike. I guess you can say that I really enjoy what I do!
