Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualificatons? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  Although I am a licensed Realtor and NAR/GCAAR member of 23 years, my efforts are dedicated to managing and owning residential brokerages and creating systems and methodologies to improve, largely along 'traditional' lines, the way we sell, buy and broker residential properties.  My efforts of the past 3 years are now bearing fruit in the form of my creation of the "Buyer Listing Service" (BLS) (pat. pending) which is a fully developed business model with an operational prototype allowing Exclusive Listing Agents to actively search for prospective, qualified Buyers through the entry of a Buyer Profile Sheet into the MLS/BLS system by the Exclusive Buyer Agent.  My BLS creates a 'mirror image' of the existing MLS operators.  MLS systems contain Seller/property/Listing Agent data exclusively.  BLS allows the entry, for automated and personal matchups, of Buyer/Buyer's Agent data.  The combination, in one system with two separate but overlapping 'client systems' (Seller or Buyer), closes the circle on the sales process by incorporating all of the principal parties - Seller, Buyer, Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent - into a single search system.  Where now, MLS 'searches' are limited to Buyer Agents' searches of listed properties, with MLS/BLS, an entirely new search avenue is created:  Listing Agents searching for Buyer Agents with suitable Buyers for their Sellers' homes.

My creation and development of an exclusive Buyer Listing Service is a logical extension of my active participation in the introduction and promotion of Buyer Agency to the MidAtlantic region in 1989 and forward.  I have a commitment to what appears to me to be a most sensible business notion that, because BOTH Sellers AND Buyers are essential to EVERY sale, the services and tools offered to them (Exclusive Seller Listing/Exclusive Buyer Agency; now MLS/BLS) should be about equal as well.
