I contracted with two different real estate agents in the two years my house was on the market for sale.   Both agents were among the top at their agencies with a combined thirty years experience.   I was becoming very discouraged that my house remained unsold after almost two years.

I began searching for my home one year prior to the purchase of my new home.  I began my home search with a different agent who proceeded to show me homes he thought I should live in.  After leaving this agent, I began searching for homes on my own.  I would search the different websites for homes in my price range and drive around to the different areas I was interested in and write down the agent name and phone number to scheduled appointments.  I was blessed to find a house Marcus had listed for sale.  Although that particular house did not serve my needs.
