Nestled in the Rocky Mountain grandeur of western Montana, Missoula is the hub of five valleys and three major rivers - the Blackfoot, the Bitterroot and the Clark Fork. Roughly halfway between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, Missoula is a blend of small-town charm and big-city sophistication.

On summer Saturdays, Missoulians congregate at the Farmer's Market for fresh produce, coffee and conversation. Local restaurants serve up everything from steak and potatoes to Thai noodles, while an array of coffeehouses, pubs, nightclubs and movie theaters provide diversion. Residents come from around the region to shop the city's department and discount stores, shopping mall and specialty boutiques. Missoula boasts a thriving downtown.

About Kevin and Monica Ray - Access Realty
Monica grew up in a small town in Western Montana and started out at the University of Montana. She moved to Colorado to finish school at Colorado State University. While there, she met her husband, Kevin, and finished her degree, returning to Big Sky Country soon after graduating.
For the ten years prior to becoming a Realtor, Monica worked in business management, marketing, and development for two large companies. This experience taught Monica the value of hard work, good business sense, and the importance of listening to the client. Monica uses this knowledge and experience to help her clients find the home of their dreams, an appropriate investment property, or a place to get away on the weekends. Monica is also an Accredited Home Staging Specialist.
Kevin is a licensed Realtor (R) in the state of Montana and co-owner of Accord Property Management. His background is in sales, IT, and Real Estate. After being born in Alaska then living in Colorado, Texas, and Europe, Kevin finally felt at home while visiting Montana for the first time. Kevin likes to say that He wasn't born in Montana, but He got here as quick as he could.
Kevin attended the University of Montana in Missoula and studied computer science and business, including courses in accounting and business law. He has an extensive background in Real Estate as an investor in rental properties and has nearly 220 hours advanced education in Property Management, Real Estate, and Appraisal. I put my education and experience to work for our clients
Kevin & Monica have a 14 year-old daughter, a dog, a cat and a rabbit. They love living in Montana and recently bought a home on the edge of the Lolo National Forest along a pristine creek with lots of wildlife, including deer, elk, wild turkeys, and even a bear or two! That's the beauty of Montana!
Kevin and Monica Ray also own and manage Accord Property Management, specializing in vacation, residential, and commercial properties.
