Having been involved in the sales world for more than 20 years, I have learned some important lessons. Over the last 8 years in the real estate industry, the biggest complaint, by far, is the lack of good customer service and follow through. My rule of thumb is to not make promises that I cannot keep. It is always better to overperform than underperform. In every type of market, consistant communication with my clients is critical. I have a tremendous feeling of satisfaction when I hear a "thank you for everything" at the closing table.

Buyers and sellers light a fire under me. I have become quite proficient dealing with both. The list price of the house or the amount a buyer is looking to spend, does not scare me. My expertise in working with buyers and sellers gets us to a happy closing table the majority of the time. My specialty is residential homes, single and multi family, as well as condos and townhouses. I will bend over backwards for the ready, willing and able sellers and the ready, willing and able buyers!
