About Me

Thank you for visting my profile page on Active Rain.

I have been in the Real estate business since 2006 in Central Florida as a Realtor.

About two and half years ago I also started a Property management company together with my husband also a Realtor and presently rent and manage short term vacation homes near Disney.

I enjoy working with overseas buyers as well as snow birds trying to relocate to this beautiful state of Florida.

I worked 2 years as a general Realtor and worked for a builder for a year and half selling vacation homes where I started to establish a great relationship with Brokers and Realtors in the Central Florida area. 

I then started the management business with my husband where we started to work together with Realtors in providing them useful information for their clients such as income,expences,management fees and furniture pricing for turn key packages available through our company.

We set up appointments to meet with our fellow realtors and do a 30 minute presentation for clients that are thinking of buying one of these homes.

We also provide references of other Realtors we work with as well as references with owners that are currently using our management services for their home.
