I started with Prudential Commercial Real Estate in Modesto, CA, in 1996. After 3 years in administration, I teamed up with Dave Tanner, a broker with more than 36 years experience in real estate. I graduated from the Univertsity of Illinois with a masters degree in urban planning in 1970, and I worked in that field for 15 years, the last 8 of those as community development director for Onondaga County (Syracuse), NY. In 1985 I moved to the Syracuse association of REALTORS as the administrative vice president, and in 1993 I moved to Modesto, CA, to be the excutive officer for the local real estate association. Prudential Commercial Real Estate is a full-service company with 10 agents and brokers who specialize in commercial real estate and who have an average of 20 plus years experience. Although located in Modesto, we handle commercial real estate in all of Stanislaus County, including the cities of Turlock, Oakdale, Riverbank, Salida, Patterson, Ceres, Hughson and Empire.
