A knowledgeable processor can make or break your deal.  I have 10+ years experience processing mortgage loans with 5 of those as a contract mortgage processor.  I have been a licensed Washington State Mortgage Broker NMLS #69352, for 3 years and attend the Mortgage Broker Commission Meetings to insure I stay abreast of the ever changing industry standards.   I have experience processing most types of mortgages including conforming, non-conforming, sub prime, FHA and VA.

I have been happily married for 16 years and have 2 beautiful children ages 15 and 10.  We are actively involved in our local church and when we are not attending our children's multiple sporting events we enjoy spending time at home on 10 gorgeous acres overlooking the Dragoon Creek.
