All Realtors on the Oldham Team have 5+ years of experience. Today we are fortunate to have a good referral base. Many thanks to our past satisfied clients and asset managers. We do however maintain a consistent program of prospecting for new business and marketing on several web sites and social networking links.
My designations include Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and being a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). Also, the electronic proficiency course e-Pro, and certified real estate cyberspace (RECS). With several of the banks I work with I am designated as a Certified Short Sale Expert, Certified REO expert, and certified Distressed Property Expert.
This is a family operated company that gives me the freedom to grow and expand my business, and also gives me support and guidance when needed. I find that I am never in perfect balance with my four F's; Family - Fitness - Fun - and Faith. I have also found that Harmony is a 5th key element.
