What is Team Momentum?

We are a team, but really also a family as well. The majority of our clients are not just one time clients but ongoing clients we work with over and over. We often work with one family and then later with their extended family and then we stay in touch with everyone, which is really fun.

The first mission our team has is that we help you move forward with your life and your goals as you are doing your Real Estate transaction with us. We tend to attract people in a real stage of change and growth in their lives and that is really fun and rewarding to be a part of!!!

The other mission is also a really important one and is really what has driven us to excellence and made our RE business grow....to help empower our team members to create better lives for their families, to create a place to grow professionally, spiritually, and financially for every one of our team members. We do this by valuing each member for their unique gifts and utilizing each of us where our strengths are and not working out side those areas.

My children are a very important part of our business and none of them are in traditional daycare. All are either @ home with a Nanny, in school or with me @ the office while I work. What a great way for them to really learn about business. We are pretty sure that at least half of them could pass the RE exam. The other half could likely market a home or negotiate a deal as well as most agents in practice today. ( well almost) They are everyday learning real life skills in business and personal relationships!

Our main focus as a team is TACOMA, and the greater Tacoma area. Our greatest area of expertise is Marketing, Consulting, short sales and working with investors.

When I started Real Estate I decided to work with investors because I got into Real Estate to learn more about investing for myself and my family. I felt there would be no better way for me to learn than to work with investors myself. Right away people told me that was not a good idea since I was " too nice" and that investors were "ruthless" and did not have any loyalty and I was likely to "get hurt".....funny thing is working with investors I have found the opposite to be true.

Believe it or not the average RE investor is a really nice person who makes money sure, but at the same time betters other people's lives too. Most have very powerful reasons for investing and most of them in most cases are very altruistic. We love working with people like that!

Now don't get us wrong we love to work with folks who are not RE investors, but we just feel that anyone including you could become one, with enough information. Information is a part of the service you get when you buy and sell homes with our team. Not just to help you make good decisions with the house we start working with you on, but also to help you broaden your horizons as well.

We have extensive experience in working with investors and in marketing any type of home in the greater Tacoma area, so whether your home is only worth the dirt it is sitting on ( or less there might be demo costs!) or it is a high end home with all the views and luxuries, we have the resources and tools to get it sold. To Whom it May Concern: We met Anna Matsunaga a few years ago. We decided to shop for an investment house that could be fixed and then sold. We were given her name by a reliable source and were told that she would be the one to help us find this investment house. It was very comical the way I met Anna. Our daughter was going to be house sitting, and I wanted to check out the area to see how safe it would be for her. I went there at 6:00 a.m. to scope the area out and just happened to run into Anna.
