About Us:
Monarch Business solutions was founded in 1998 by Lisa A Spruck when she answered a help wanted ad in her local news paper. This was an offering for a position that was located almost 4 hours from her home so it was assumed that the position was a virtual position. Upon speaking to the owner it was discovered that they were looking for someone in house. After a discussion and trying to figure out how and why the ad was placed in our paper Lisa convinced the owner Nelly that it might be worth a try and she would save money. Lisa stared with AIN on a temporary basis. From this point on she has been servicing clients all across the United States and in Europe.
Lisa is happily married to the love her life and they have 5 children together ages ranging from 17 years to 22 months. Her family is very supportive of her business and respect what she does.
Lisa has her Bachelors degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. She has worked in many different industries but finds she fits best in the Real Estate Industry. She enjoys the pace and challenges it offers.
Working as Virtual assistant has been a growth experience for Lisa and she enjoys the new things she has learned but also offered to others.
Everyone questions why the name Monarch and Lisa proudly responds that was her Grandmothers favorite butterfly and this business was named in memory of her. As she is one of people Lisa admired most and taught her so much in the short time Lisa had with her.
