About Us:

As a mortgage professional, landlord, and active investor, I use my experience to educate my clients from basic budgeting to real estate investing (becoming a landlord or "flipping" 101).  Because of the financial areas I work in, I sometimes uncover some great real estate investment deals that I pass these along to investors I work with.

For Sale By Owner-I assist our clients in selling their homes (for no charge) as a FSBO-if that is their request.  I work with them, help out in many areas and, when they see that selling a home isn't always as easy as it seems, I am there to help them choose their realtor.
