Welcome to Middle Tennessee! As a native of the area, helping buyers and sellers get settled comes naturally to me. I help clients in Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville and Spring Hill.

About Monica

Growing up in Williamson County has provided me with many relationships and an appreciation for history in a community.   I love to share with buyers my love and knowledge of the community. 

Continuing my Real Estate Education through Keller Williams training as well as through industry designations allows me to continue to be informed and educated as to the best ways to help you meet your buying and selling goals.  Meeting your goals is my specialty!

I may be able to relate to where you are from as I have traveled to 48 states and many countries, getting my Bachelor's Degree in New York City .  I speak conversational Chinese.  My families favorite hobbies are riding our Harley Davidson Softail Classic, camping and having dinner with friends.

I work with buyers at all stages, first time, moving on up, luxury, and with seniors.  I work in Resales and New Construction.  Real Estate investing is a great way to grow wealth and I love helping people find deals!

Sellers in this market need to have their house looking great and priced right.  I have a team of folks who can help get your house in the condition it needs to be.  From painters and stagers, to transition managers who help our clients deal with collection of stuff, we have contacts for you.

This industry is changing all the time.  Training agents is another passion I have.  Training on Buying, RESPA, Building your Business, Investing.... are just some of the topics I teach about.
