About Me:

I am a full time real estate professional who believes in building business one relaionship at a time. Because I give my clients full time, year-round service, they not only use my services over and over, they refer me to their family and friends. EDUCATION: I hold both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree; I am a licensed residential builder and real estate sales agent in South Carolina; I am an experienced house plan designer; and I have earned the Certified New Home Specialist designation. I know homes! As a proliflic reader, I value knowledge and I put that knowledge to work for my clients.
EXPERIENCE: My first introduction to the housing industry was over 35 years ago when I worked with my wife's dad -- an old time carpenter who built everything himself from the ground up. I later worked with Farnsworth Builders in Greenville, SC and then began my own residential construction company, Regal Builders, in Florence. Shortly thereafter I began Regal Design Services, a house plan drawing service. I joined RE/MAX Professionals in 2005. During my first full year with them I cracked their top ten ranking and was ranked 33 among the more than 300 agents in the Greater Pee Dee market.
