Warren Moore specializes in out-of-town and out-of-state buyers. It became apparent to Warren early in this business that out-of-town and particularly out-of-state buyers had mountains of information to digest prior to making any buying decision. Buyers were always looking "over the next hill" or "around the next corner" to see what "else" might be available. With this in mind, he developed what he jokingly calls his "Almost Famous Nickel Tour". A carefully selected group of handouts were developed to augment the effectiveness of this tour. The tour normally takes a couple of hours and many clients have commented on it's value.
Additionally, Warren has received significant training both as a licensed Broker in NC and as Broker-In-Charge of his own company. Warren also holds the coveted GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), one of the longest and most grueling training disciplines available to Realtors®. The real estate field is so diverse that training literally never ends. Warren is currently well on his way to the CRS designation.
With over 32 years in the marine industry, including about 20 years of boatyard ownership at Broad Creek near Washington, Warren also feels qualified to discuss your waterfront property needs.
