Description
You’re kept informed when your buyer applies for a mortgage because I understand that your paycheck hangs in the balance. Plus I serve as clearinghouse of marketing knowledge you can earn more.

You Made the Sale - It's Your Deal - Stay Informed

Being in the dark during mortgage process is for the birds.

  • Buyer's entitled to privacy when applying for a mortgage this is true.
  • It's also true that buyer can authorize loan officers to keep their real estate agents informed.
In my experience, most buyers authorize their agents to stay in the loop.  I always ask because I believe it's beneficial to a buyer to have an informed agent to manage the over all buying process.

Mind if I Help You Market Your Properties?

Does Your Loan Officer Only Process Mortgages?

Don't get me wrong, processing loans is important - very important.  The question is "Does she offer anything more?"

I'm willing to share.  I have an active marketing team and I'll share what they tell me so you can make more.  Examples:

  • Marketing & Productivity Seminars with membership to Facebook Mastermind Group so you can ask questions and learn from the success of others.
  • Singe-Property Websites - Have potential buyer's undivided attention since there are no competitor ads or other properties to distract your buyer.
  • Original content for your blog.
  • Homebuyer University - Attract prospects with educational webinars so listings are not your only magnet.
  • Join new trend - Since many pre-approval letters aren't worth the paper they're printed on,  Sellers/Listing Agents now require buyers to be pre-approved by their loan officer.  No obligation to use that loan officer, of course.  They just want an in-depth pre-approval screening before taking their home off the market.
There's more.  We can discuss whether we are a good fit at lunch.  You don't have to commit to an exclusive relationship.  Besides, it's a good idea to have a second go to source.
