About Us:
My basic tenet is a strong and genuine belief in the "customer for life" principal of doing business. I hope to create a long-lasting relationship to meet all of my customer's current and future mortgage lending needs. Our staff is dedicated to providing the most competitive mortgage options and excellent service to all of our customers with the highest of ethical standards. Maintaining highly qualified and experienced personnel and continue to be a frontrunner with the newest technology available. We have 7 offices in North and South Carolina; Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh/Cary, Charlotte, Burlington, Asheville and Charleston, South Carolina. I have offices both in Chapel Hill and Durham. We provide financing for FHA, VA, new construction, lot loans, bridge loans, conventional, credit challenges as well as down payment assistance programs. In addition, we offer commercial financing up to but not limited to $50 million.
Areas of Expertise
I have extensive experience in all areas of residential mortgage lending. New construction and international borrowers have been my specialty throughout my career. My goal is to make sure everyone has a stress-free mortgage process, whether my customer has purchased many homes or is a first time homebuyer. I am involved every step of the way. Referrals from previous customers and local real estate associated professionals is my primary source of business. While the Triangle and surrounding areas have been my primary market, I assist many customers with coastal and mountain property purchases and refinances.
