I look forward to meeting people with the same drive and ability to make things happen. The client, in my business is the most important thing. Many LO's jump into the industry money hungry with dollar signs in their eyes. I admit, I was guilty of this in the beginning. My whole attitude changed while working with Wells Fargo. My old Branch Manager taught me and I quote "Your first priority in this industry should always be helping people, either helping a couple buy their first home, or taking someone out of debt, etc. If you keep that first, the money will come!" Very true statement.
To all of my realtors out there - I have many friends that are realtors, and I KNOW your side of the fence. The lines of communication between LO and Realtor are VERY important. Clients do not (in many cases) separate Realtors and Lo's, in their eyes we are the same. With that said, the realtor is typically the first person called when there may be an issue with a loan. This is why I update my realtors via email every 3 days on changes, appraisals, etc. If you're looking for a LO that can get it done, you're in the right place.
