Kelly McGovern has been in the mortgage industry in one form or another since 1991.  She ownes a contract mortgage processing company, Mortgage Madness, Inc., in which she has a team that consults and processes mortgage loans for small mortgage companies nationwide.  "My realty experience started in the mortgage industry. I worked in all aspects of the industry from receptionist, to mortgage processor, to underwriter, to post closer, to loan officer and then ultimately owner of my own mortgage company. "Once in a great while one meets a person of exceptional character, ability and motivation.   I believe I have met such a person in Kelly McGovern.   I first met Kelly about a year ago when my wife and I where searching for a new home.   From the moment we met her, her drive and competence were immediately apparent and she became our exclusive buyer's agent.   She quickly learned what we were looking for and never hesitated to point out features of a house she thought might not be to our liking.  This was VERY IMPORTANT because her honesty lead us to trust her right away.  Within a month of meeting her we found an ideal house for us,  which we subsequently purchased.  Kelly's calm, professional demeanor greatly helped us through the negotiating process.
