Recently closings have been taking me over an hour and half on transactions that are fairly straight forward due to lenders taking forever even after we have the clear to close it has not been fun because you're sitting at closing twiddling your thumbs. Even prior to closing we are seeing financing extensions coming in all the time. Anyways, it is always nice to be able to recommend a lender who has his stuff together.
