            From our very first conversation with Wayne Frazier he made many good promises about his services just like any other Mortgage Broker that I've dealt with in the past .  What separates Wayne from the others is the fact that he not only kept all of his promises, but he also went above and beyond the call of duty. When I had a question or concern for my clients, Wayne was always there to take my calls.  If he was unavailable, he would always return my call the same day.  Wayne made sure that the entire transaction went as smooth as could be from beginning to end.  As a Buyer's Agent for Advance Realty I wrote an offer for my clients to close on their loan in 30 days, which is pretty typical in my industry.  It's not unusual for the lenders to need a day or two extension past that 30 day period to finish paperwork on their end.  However, Wayne was able to get our loan done in 20 days to save the deal from a pending foreclosure on the seller's side.  If Wayne had not been "on the ball" from the very start I am sure this sale could have fell through.  Wayne, I truly appreciate all of your hard work you put into this transaction.
