Hi, my name is Johnpaul, but I go by "jp". The hats I wear are:

- Part time worship leader at my church,
- Husband and father to the most beautiful three red-heads on the planet.
Vocationally I'm honestly not sure if I see myself as more real estate guy or internet marketing guy. So I do both! And I'm always looking for interesting ways to meld the two together.
In the real estate realm, my focus is primarly on quick-flipping houses on the wholesale market. I've done around 80-90 deals at this point, lost money on a few, but made money more than I lost! :-)
