About Brad Oliver:
Brad Oliver resides in the small community of DeGros Marsh with his wife, Carla and two children, Cale and Meris. They also have an older son, Cody, who is presently attending college. Formerly of Ontario, Brad moved to Prince Edward Island in the early 1970's. After many years involved in the fishing industry, Brad became a PEI realtor and appraiser in 1991.

Brad Oliver Realty is an independently owned PEI realty company established in 2001. We are active members of the PEI Real Estate Association and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Members of these associations are eligible to show and sell all MLS properties on Prince Edward Island.
We are situated in the small but active town of Montague, located in Kings County in the eastern part of Prince Edward Island. Our office is central to hundreds of miles of coastline and we want to be your connection to our Island's real estate market.

Prince Edward Island is Canada's smallest province and is located on the Atlantic coast. It measures 280 kilometers (175 miles) from North Cape to East Point and is between 6 kilometers (4 miles) and 64 kilometers (40 miles) wide. Total land area is 5565 square kilometers (2184 square miles).
PEI is bordered on the south coast by the Northumberland Strait and on the north coast by the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Prince Edward Island is said to have the warmest waters north of the Carolinas.
There are three options to traveling to Prince Edward Island. You can come via New Brunswick on the Confederation Bridge, from Nova Scotia on the Northumberland Ferries or fly in to the Charlottetown Airport from any part of the world.
The Prince Edward Island Department of Tourism has many different approaches to promoting "the Island" to the rest of the world: "cross over to another world" and "the gentle island" to name just two. They aren't just promoting a tourist destination but the people who live here and their way of life.
