We specialize in resort properties and vacation homes in the mountains of Colorado.   Summit County is an area where most brokers prefer to work as neutral Transaction Brokers.  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and and Accredited Seller Representative as I love to help get the best I can for my Buyers and Sellers.  I also have my CRS, GRI, and am an e-PRo.  I also have the RSPS designation, which is a new resort  certification. 

I have a team of 6.  I am the Listing Specialist/Rainmaker and my daughter Meredith is my right hand!  Three Buyer Specialists work with our Buyers and my Contracts Manager has a young child and is able to work from home most of the time.  I have been a Realtor for about 14 years and this was my second career.  I love Summit County and mountain living!

Vacation and second homes are our specialty.  We work with snowbirds coming here for the summer from hot states, and skiers wanting their own places for the winter.  Our resort communities are Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain, with the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon being the year round hubs.  Our county has a permanent, full time population of around 25,000 for the entire county, but about 3/4 of our business is second homes.
