SUCCESS! Real Estate was founded in 1990 by a North Eastern graduate who got his real estate license in 1984. Due to a lack of co-op programs available at North Eastern, he decided to start his own co-op program, and from it, SUCCESS! Real Estate evolved. SUCCESS! blossomed from one agent and one secretary in a small office to over 180 agents currently. We are the most technologically advanced firm in the area.

Today in 2013 SUCCESS! continues to grow with no end in sight! How do we do it? By offering the best compensation program to our agents. Agents can now keep more of what they make so they can now spend more on their listings and promotional activities. Things are working, the company is making more money and the agents are more successful. With locations in Braintree, Marshfield, Plymouth, and a mortgage company, SUCCESS! is just getting started.

My name is Michael Peppino, I was born and raised in the south shore for 42 years. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 1997 and started my career at a small residential firm in Quincy answering phones from 3-7, trying to turn customer questions into prospects and prospects into listings.

Now, 17 years later, there is no up time answering phones at SUCCESS!, and I am not handed any leads, all of the business I do is based on referral. I take the real estate business very seriously and I realize that the purchase of a home, is one of the largest and most complex purchases made by a consumer.

With over $10,000,000 in real estate sales last year alone, I see myself as a strong, and honest realtor that knows how the get the deal done.

Consequently, we are in a very difficult market in the history of real estate. It is also the most difficult and aggressive market to work in. With that said, there are realtors out there who just cant make it in the toughest of times, because they dont have the know how and the determination that I have.

Although past success may not be the only way to measure future success, it remains the best test we have in the real estate industry. I have assisted hundreds of families in reaching their real estate goals. I have sold more than 90 million in real estate, and I remain at the top of my game. I am competent, committed, and confident I can get job done.
