Michael grew up in Kentucky and worked in the information technology field prior to moving to Fort Myers in 1999. His family had vacationed here for 10 years and just adored this area. An avid golfer, boater and fisherman, he spends time with his 18 year old son at many of his secret fishing spots. His 20 year old daughter and his wife of 25 years, Jamie, enjoy the day trips and a quick stop for lunch. Michael has worked as an Industrial Engineer and founded an Internet company. Because of this he has an extensive background in logistics and technology. He is determined to be the best real estate professional possible.

Michael has earned the ePRO, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and is a licensed USCG Captain. Michael became the first Realtor in SW Florida and the 11th in the state to earn his Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). A designation that encompasses both actual performance and education. Being a avid boater you learn the waterways of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Cape Coral. With Key West being only 114 nautical miles from the Sanibel Causeway we venture out in that direction often. We do all kinds of boating on a variety of boats including a 48' Searay Sedan, a 28' Sea Ray bow rider and a center console fishing boat.

Knowing waterfront property from the water side perspective is a tremendous advantage. I live just off McGregor Blvd. and have played many of the over 150 golf courses in Lee and Collier County Florida.

I retired from United Parcel Service after 32 years of service. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Polly from 1980 through 1994. During that time Michael was instrumental in our information technology department and business planning and engineering.  Before Michael arrived much of UPS was run through phone calls.
