About Me:

I started in the real estate industry five years ago as a real estate appraiser and now I am not only an appraiser but I am a licensed real estate agent and real estate instructor as well. My background from high school and college is in IT/Technology and now I am lucky enough to bring what I learned about technology into my love for real estate.

Currently an estimated 97% of buyers will check the internet first before they even consider hiring an agent. That means that out of 100 buyers only 3 will go to an agent before they visit the internet. So that only leaves one question. Are you actively marketing yourself and your properties on the internet correctly?

My erea of expertise is in "Real Estate Technology". This is a form of marketing that makes sure your giving your clients the most active form of selling their home and also showing you how to market yourself to an internet audience.

Real Estate Technology goes over how to create vibrant video tours, take professional photographs, list properties on more than just 2 or 3 websites, learn how to research property correctly and tons more. In my opinion if every agent was tech savvy the business would be much smoother and there would be much less stress involved.

This is the Real Estate Technology Specialist Certification course. The RETS for short is a state of the art training system to show agents how to build their careers around the internet.

Most agents have no idea that everything they need to prospere in the real estate business is available to them for free on the internet. I just want to show them what they are capable of once they take the time and find what is out there for them.
