I am the customer services manager and handle all inquiries and requests for information. For any inquiry that comes in, whether by phone, walk-in, or email, I am the primary contact person and endeavor to provide information to customers in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Because most of our buyers are from out of state, we have an active website - www.mrlakefront.net - and I field and answer many inquires by email. Most requests are for current listings, lake information, shoreland zoning rules and regulations, and I often help customers with finding just the right lakefront property. Once a customer is ready to come and look at property, I introduce them to one of our exclusive buyer's brokers who work closely with them through the next stage of the process.
Because I am native to the area and keep up with the property listings, I know a lot about what's current in the market and what a property's pluses and minuses are. My goal is to share knowledge and provide service that is second to none.
