First Time Home Buyers: I remember the first time I bought a house. Yikes! It was so exciting, scary and confusing! So this is one of those experiences that shaped who I am as a Real Estate Consultant. I very much enjoy working with first time buyers and helping them make an informed decision and finding just the right house for them! I am committed to taking the extra time out to throughally explain and answer all of their questions regarding getting them into a home!
Investors: Working with investors is where I got my start in real estate! Just 2 months into being a real estate agent I ran into some and quickly discovered yet another interesting part of real estate. The investors lively hood is to buy houses, fix them up and sell them. Through this experience I have learned how to fight hard and negotiate well on bank foreclosures. Then I have had a high sucess rate in getting these houses back on the market and sold in a very reasonalbe amount of time!
Sellers: I love working with sellers!!! It is so fun and I really just want my sellers to simply enjoy the process! There is a joke out there that Melinda doesn't list houses, she sells them! I have had results in getting top dollar for my sellers in as little as 4 days! In this tough market you want an agent that is going to not only professionally promote your property, but fight hard for you when the offer comes in! That is exactly what I enjoy doing!
Move Up Buyers: Generally speaking we have to get your house sold first so that we can move you into your next home for years to enjoy! This process can be tricky with timing, but this is one dance and doesn't have to seem so overwhelming when you have an agent working hard for you!
