me great joy to help people fullfill their lifelong dream of owning a home. I love the sigh of relief that a first time home buyer has when he/she signs the last paper securing thier new home. It's one of the top 5 moments in a persons life and I get to share that with them. Also I love when I get to do refinances that will put customers in a better financial position and relieve some of the stresses of life due to financial hardships.
Because our company is small in size we have extremely low overhead costs. This allows us to offer our customers the absolute best deal available. Most lending institutions have high amounts of overhead cost to run their business, and usually most loan officers are splitting their commission checks with their brokers so they have to charge your more and raise your rate more to make enough money to live on. Not me! I count on 10 - 12 loans per month because that is generally my limitation due to the fact I process my own files as well but this is just another way for me to save you in fees.
My open style of communication allows for purchases deals to go very smoothly. I have a very systematic way of communicating to all parties in envolved in the process. There is not one part of the process that goes by that you will not know about. Even if there is a delay in underwriting and nothing moves along on that day the customer, the customers realtor, and the selling realtor will all get an email giving an update. This is a daily process for me.
I understand that as long as everyone is informed on what is going on during the process of the mortgage, everything seems much better.
