About Me:

I began my real estate carrer in 1999 as a real estate agent in NYC.  After a year as a sales agent, I began working with a mortgage banker then I moved on to a mortgage broker.  In 2003, I started investing in real estate in the New York area and then Atlanta, Ga.  For the last few years I have been purchasing notes and consulting with companies in need of financing.

Areas of Expertise

My specialty is teaching real estate agents and home owners how to make a seller financed note more attractive to sell to an investor.  We also help facilitate the purchase of invoices (factoring) for B2B.
